Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you take the Founder DNA assessment we collect: your name and email (for sign-in and report delivery), the industry/segment context you provide, your answers to the assessment questions including any voice transcripts, and standard request metadata (IP address, browser user agent, response timings) used for security and anti-abuse.

Voice recordings are transcribed by Fireworks AI's Whisper endpoint and are not retained after transcription. Only the transcribed text is stored.

2. How we use it

Your answers are used to generate your archetype match, dimension scores, and (for premium users) your AI-generated report. Open-ended answers are processed by Anthropic Claude under their data-processing terms; Anthropic does not train models on API content.

We use aggregated, anonymised assessment data to improve the scoring engine and to identify new archetype patterns. Your individual identity is never part of that dataset.

3. Where it lives

Assessment data is stored in Supabase Postgres (Singapore region). Email delivery uses Resend. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Production backups are encrypted at rest.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. We do not share individually identifying assessment data with third parties except: (a) payment processors when you purchase premium, (b) email delivery when you request your report, (c) infrastructure providers strictly as data processors, and (d) when required by law.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated assessment data, an export of your data, or correction of inaccurate data. Email hello@dotnot.solutions with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie set by Supabase to keep you signed in across requests. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

7. Children

The Founder DNA assessment is intended for adults (18+). If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete the record.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address. The current version is always available at this URL.
