Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Founder DNA assessment at dotnot.solutions you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

The Founder DNA assessment is a structured psychometric self-report tool. The free tier reveals an archetype match and 2 standout dimensions. The premium tier (₹149) unlocks a deeper 25-question assessment and an AI-generated 15-section report. Results are informational and reflective; they are not professional advice (medical, psychiatric, financial, legal, or otherwise) and they are not a consulting engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering a contract. One free assessment is permitted per registered account.

4. Payments

Premium access is sold for a flat ₹149 (inclusive of applicable taxes) and processed by Razorpay. Once a premium report has been generated and delivered (rendered on-screen or emailed), the payment is non-refundable. If a payment has been charged but no report was generated due to a technical failure on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Promo codes are single-use per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit answers you do not own (impersonating someone else), automate or script the assessment, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine, share your premium report PDF for resale, or use the service to harass, defame, or violate any law.

6. Intellectual property

The assessment items, archetypes, dimension framework, scoring engine, and report templates are the intellectual property of DotNot Solutions. The narrative content of your individual report is yours to use for personal and professional reflection. You may share short excerpts with attribution; commercial redistribution of the full report requires written permission.

By submitting answers, you grant us a limited licence to use anonymised, aggregated assessment data to improve the engine. Your individual identity is never part of that dataset (see Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the assessment is error-free, that results are universally accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Founder archetypes are interpretive frameworks, not clinical diagnoses. Decisions you make based on your report are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DotNot Solutions' total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and in no case more than ₹10,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice unless the violation requires immediate action.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
